Selection Process & Notifications All submitted registrations will go through an approval process.
After approval, you will be sent an invoice that will need to be paid within 24 hours to confirm your space. If invoice is not paid within 24 hours I will go on to the next like registration.
Ways to pay: Credit Card (all invoices will include a service fee to cover any associated fees) All other payment terms need to be approved.
What is Done for You -Advertising of the event through several media outlets. -Downloadable image for you to share. -Provide signage the day of event at the mall. -Ample parking for shoppers. -Link to Facebook event. All accepted vendors are required to invite 25 guests and post images of your products to entice excitement around the event to the Facebook event - post specials, drawings, etc. You are required to post at least three times prior to the event.
Vendor Set-up Time: Friday by appointment only. Saturday 7am
Booth Fee: $50-$150 per weekend. One company per space.
Tables/Chairs/Extension Cords Tables, chairs, and extension cords are NOT PROVIDED by J&D Designs, LLC, unless otherwise confirmed. There are no carts located in the mall for use so come prepared. J&D Designs, LLC will have one small cart that can be used.
Restrooms A resturoom is located in the back room.
Lockers Lockers will be available to lock up your personal belongings. You will need to provide your own lock.
Check In Please check-in with J&D Designs, LLC at cash wrap.
You need to be set-up 30 minutes prior to opening of store. Please be respectful of your neighbors by not obstructing the view of their space and not pulling customers from their table. If it is reported that you are interfering with their sales I will observe and determine outcome. You may be asked to leave. All back-up materials need to be placed under your tables for a clean look.
*Table Covers: Need to hang to the floor on all 4 sides! No plastic cloths/sheets are permitted. Table cover should be black and go to the floor on all four sides. I have extra covers so if you do not have a cover meeting requirements you will be given a cover and charged $20 per cover needed.
Electricity If you requested electricity we will try and place you next to an outlet. All cords need to be taped with duct tape. Please understand that the outlets must all be shared so bring extension cords and power strips.
Staffing Booth During operating hours all booths must be attended. If your area is not attended, we reserve the right to remove your booth, and deposits and payments will be forfeited. If for any reason you feel you must close your booth, prior approval must be given.
Signs and Placement All signs must be neat, inoffensive and within the limits of your booth space. The vendor coordinator has the right to ask you to remove any inappropriate signs or re position any sign that is blocking another space or poses a safety hazard.
Harassment Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Offenders will be given a warning. Recurring offenders will be asked to leave, will receive no refund, and will not be welcomed back. If the offense is a crime, then the Vendor will be asked to leave immediately and will receive no refund and will be told that they are not allowed back on the grounds again. Crimes will be referred to local law enforcement authorities.
Trash Removal Vendors are responsible for removing their own trash and taking it to designated collection site. Boxes must be broken down and may be placed beside trashcans for collection. Your regular trash must be bagged in sturdy plastic bags.
Packing Up Absolutely no packing up prior to 6 pm. Please make sure your area is clean prior to leaving. If a mess is left you will be billed for any time spent picking up your area.
*********If your neighbor is packing up that is not a signal for you to be able to do the same. I have very strict rules that if you pack up early at a show you will not be invited back. Someone may be packing up because they have an emergency and have gotten approval or they do not care if they are allowed back.**********
If you are scheduled for two days and do not show up the 2nd day you will no longer be eligible to attend my shows.
Winter Weather Weather happens. There are no refunds due to weather. The show will go on. Please text me and let me know if you are coming in late or not at all (319.899.8094). Refunds There are no refunds unless J&D Designs, LLC cancels the event or changes it's fees to already confirmed events. If the later occurs the registrant may request a refund of fees paid for future events that an increase has occurred.
Storage There is plenty of storage in the backroom. No back stock will be allowed on the floor unless stored under your table.

Participants agree that J&D Designs, LLC, It's D-lish, LLC it's representatives,. or Coral Ridge Mall are not responsible for any loss, injury or damages to vendor’s property, employees, representatives or agents, due to fire, theft or accidents.

Centralized Checkout - This is NOT mandatory! This will be available as a convenience and not mandatory. If you will be unavailable at anytime during the show(s) customers may use the centralized check-out.
Vendors Responsibility of Using the Centralized Checkout 10% of any item rang up at the checkout will be deducted from the sale to cover staffing. Products will need to have tags attached that can be removed at the checkout. You will be responsible for reporting and paying for your own sales tax.
Product Left Unattended Some vendors cannot be present every weekend but would like their product to be able to be sold. J&D Designs, LLC can not be held liable for any theft of product. Our staff will do their best to watch product in the store.
